Murmures de classe (Classroom wispers), est un paysage sonore de nos classes de musique. Dans un premier temps, les jeunes guitaristes sâ??installent au son dâ??un ostinato à la guitare 4. Le son de la cloche, sur le thème du Big Ben, annonce le début des cours. Ce projet est issu dâ??une demande de Mme Amélie Grenier. Lâ??aspect théâtral de cette pièce a pour objectif de stimuler le travail collectif dans leur milieu scolaire.

Les guitares sâ??installent et commencent à jouer. Tous les autres guitaristes entrent en parlant, sâ??accordant, en jouant et au signal du chef à la mesure 5 la pièce débute.

Classroom wispers, is a soundscape of our music classes. First, the young guitarists settle in to the sound of an ostinato on guitar 4. The sound of the bell, on the theme of Big Ben, announces the start of lessons. This project came from a request from Ms. Amélie Grenier. The theatrical aspect of this play aims to stimulate collective work in their school environment.

Suggestion during a public performance:

The guitars settle in and start playing. All the other guitarists enter talking, tuning, playing and at the signal of the conductor in measure 5 the piece begins.

A piece composed for the Six Fours Guitar Meetings in 2015, Mestiza (Métisse) mixes sounds and rhythms from various sources: Argentine tango, English rock, rhythms from Eastern European countries... The level of the students ranged from 1st to 4th year of cycle 2 of the conservatory (5 to 9 years of study)

Pièce composée pour les Rencontres de guitare à Six Fours de 2015, Mestiza (Métisse) mélange des sonorités et des rythmes de provenances diverses : tango argentin, rock anglais, rythmes de pays de l’est européen… Le niveau des élèves allait de 1ère à 4ème année du cycle 2 du conservatoire (5 à 9 ans d’études).

Commissioned for the 7th edition of DROME DE GUJITARE, this piece was created at the theater of the city of Valencia, on October 27, 2023, under my direction by the D.D.G guitar orchestra.
It pays tribute to the memory of my friend Roland Dyens.
The 1st movement, quite brief (1 minute), emphasizes a motif which metamorphoses into a harmonious accompaniment of the themes of the 2nd movement (5 minutes) LIGHT, this in calm and serenity. This 2nd movement fades at the end to reveal a motif which accelerates to give a burlesque and clumsy dance: DANCE ELEPHANTASQUE (3 minutes) with an obsessive theme which concludes this work.

Commandée pour la 7ème édition de « DROME DE GUJITARE », cette pièce fut créée au théâtre de la ville de Valence, le 27 octobre 2023, sous ma direction par l’orchestre de guitares D.D.G.
Elle rend hommage à la mémoire de mon ami Roland Dyens.
Le 1er mouvement, assez bref (1 minute), insiste sur un motif qui se métamorphose en accompagnement harmonieux des thèmes du 2e mouvement (5 minutes) « LUMIERE», cela dans le calme et la sérénité. Ce 2e mouvement s’estompe à la fin pour laisser apparaître un motif qui s’accélère pour donner une danse burlesque et pataude : « DANSE ELEPHANTASQUE » (3 minutes) avec un thème obsessionnel qui vient conclure cet œuvre.
