Good 4 U, the popular and upbeat song by superstar songwriter and performer Olivia Rodrigo, has topped the Billboard charts and appears on the artist's debut album Sour. She has been active as a professional singer and songwriter since she was 12 years old and can serve as an inspiration to young musicians. Like many pop songs, the care in performing syncopation and various articulations will provide a more authentic sound. Arranged by Chris M. Bernotas, the energetic music, powerful infectious chorus, and pure emotion will permeate the concert hall. (3:14) This title is available in MakeMusic Cloud.

The Ukrainian Bell Carol is part of a large choral work entitled Shchedryk by the Ukrainian composer Mykola Dmytrovich Leontovych (1877-1921). The tune is an adaptation of an old 'shchedrivka', a song traditionally sung on Ukrainian New Year's Eve (January 13th) which hopes for good fortune in the year to come. The tune has since been the inspiration for at least four different Christmas carols, of which Carol of the Bells is the most famous. Philip Sparke has sourced the original Ukrainian melody to create this stirring arrangement.

I Love the 207 was composed in February 2010 for a commission by Osumi Symphonic Band in Kyoto. It was first performed on 25 April 2010 by Osumi Symphonic Band, conducted by Masanori Ozaki. This piece begins with an introduction to present the instruments, followed by a light scherzo. The title is an affectionate reference to the commuter rail 207 series of the West Japan Railway Company. When the band started their activity, the 207 series trains began running through the fields next to the building where they practice. The composer hopes that the trains continue to run and bring smiles to people’s faces.I Love the 207 is in februari 2010 gecomponeerd in opdracht van de Osumi Symphonic Band uit Kyoto, Japan.
