Air and Tune réunit les thèmes mélodiques de deux oeuvres de jeunesse de Jacob de Haan qui ont connu un vif succès auprès des Orchestres Vent : Crazy Music in the Air et Caribbean Variation on a Tune. Marc Belder en a réalisé un condensé pour Orchestre d’Accordéons. Air développe une mélodie lyrique soulignée par des ornements baroques. Tune conjugue avec nonchalance les couleurs sonores des Cara bes.
