Brass Band - Grade 2 SKU: BT.DHP-0950646-030 Composed by George Frideric Handel. Arranged by Jan de Haan. Musica Sacra. Set (Score & Parts). Composed 1995. De Haske Publications #DHP 0950646-030. Published by De Haske Publications (BT.DHP-0950646-030). Tochter Zion, also known as See the Conquering Hero Comes, is the most famous chorus from the oratorio Judas Maccabaeus (1746) by the composer George Frideric Handel (1685-1759). The heroic epic based on the Biblical story about commander-in-chief Judas Maccabaeus, was used by Handel to celebrate the English victory over the rebellious Scottish. The first performance of this patriotic work - written in the pleasing, rich baroque style that Handel’s music is known for - was conducted by himself; the success was huge. The chorus See the Conquering Hero Comes was added later, in 1748, drawn from another oratorio (Joshua).

Theorbo; Early Music SKU: UT.DM-45 Composed by Francesca Torelli. Saddle stitching. Classical. Ut Orpheus #DM 45. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.DM-45). ISBN 9790215314207. 9 x 12 inches. $23.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks

| Flauto dolce. Formazione musicale attraverso un’esperienza strumentale Ut Orpheus
Methods and Music for Children; Recorder SKU: UT.DM-30 Composed by Alessa...(+)
Methods and Music for Children; Recorder SKU: UT.DM-30 Composed by Alessandra Anceschi. Saddle stitching. Fare Musica. Classical. Ut Orpheus #DM 30. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.DM-30). ISBN 9790215305687. 9 x 12 inches. $21.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks

| Angeli e pastori.
Books and Journals; Christmas Music SKU: UT.REM-4 Composed by Nico Staiti...(+)
Books and Journals; Christmas Music SKU: UT.REM-4 Composed by Nico Staiti. Paperback (Soft Cover). Christmas. Books and Journals. Ut Orpheus #REM 4. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.REM-4). ISBN 9788881092154. 6.5 x 9.5 inches. $26.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks

Books and Journals; Voice SKU: UT.LB-32 Paperback (Soft Cover). Classical. Books and Journals. Ut Orpheus #LB 32. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.LB-32). ISBN 9788881095070. 5.51 x 8.26 inches. $32.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks
| István (part 3 from 'Sinfonia Hungarica') Concert band [Score and Parts] - Intermediate/advanced De Haske Publications
Concert Band/Harmonie - Grade 6 SKU: BT.DHP-1002209-010 Composed by Jan V...(+)
Concert Band/Harmonie - Grade 6 SKU: BT.DHP-1002209-010 Composed by Jan Van der Roost. Sovereign Series. Concert Piece. Set (Score & Parts). Composed 2000. De Haske Publications #DHP 1002209-010. Published by De Haske Publications (BT.DHP-1002209-010). Sinfonia Hungarica is a three-movement symphony that depicts the history of Hungary. All three movements were inspired by historical key figures, wars, and other important events from this country. This symphony is a celebration of Hungary’s millennium in 2001.The final movement is named after ISTVAN, the King who introduced Christianity into Hungary and who was crowned by Pope Silvestro II on January 1, 1001. A rather solemn start leads to another war-like passage, ending with some loud crashes. This symbolizes the fact that the body of the pagan Koppany was cut into four pieces, and sent to the four castles of the country as an example. After a quiet, almost religiousintermezzo, the National Hymn of Hungary is introduced. This broad “grandioso†ending also has a symbolic meaning: after ten centuries, Hungary has many reasons to look back on the past with pride, and to look forward to the future with optimism and confidence.
$314.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 4 to 6 weeks

| In ascolto N. 3. Introduzione all’ascolto dell’opera Ut Orpheus
Methods and Music for Children SKU: UT.DM-50 Composed by Alessandra Ances...(+)
Methods and Music for Children SKU: UT.DM-50 Composed by Alessandra Anceschi, Gabrielangela Spaggiari, and Irene Bonfrisco. Saddle stitching. Fare Musica. Classical. Ut Orpheus #DM 50. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.DM-50). ISBN 9790215315266. 9 x 12 inches. $25.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks

Books and Journals; Voice SKU: UT.LB-21 Composed by Antonio Juvarra. Paperback (Soft Cover). Studies and Texts. Classical. Books and Journals. 124 pages. Ut Orpheus #LB 21. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.LB-21). ISBN 9788881094899. 5.90 x 8.26 inches. $24.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks
| L’armonioso artificio. Crisi del gusto musicale nel Settecento europeo. Estetica e poetica in Antonio Eximeno Ut Orpheus

Books and Journals SKU: UT.LB-19 Composed by Roberto De Caro. Hardback (Cloth Hard Cover with Jacket). Studies and Texts. Classical. Books and Journals. Ut Orpheus #LB 19. Published by Ut Orpheus (UT.LB-19). ISBN 9788881094875. 5.90 x 8.26 inches. $49.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks
