The sound track was brought to us by none other than Finneas O'connell, Billie Eilish. This arrangement of the main song on the soundtrack, Nobody like U, is for piano, voice and guitar. The key is in Am With this arrangement you will get the piano and vocal part, 7 pages, and the voice part with chords/lyrics separately acting as a lead sheet which is useful for all types of performers who do not necessarily need the whole piano part. This keeps paper usage at minimum and means the whole song can be laid out side by side without the need for page turns. The piano arrangement is very easy, mainly a heavily repeated chordal rhythmic motif. The most difficult part is in the left hand for the change in the bass line. There is also a large section of the song that is purely percussive in the backing. In one instance this is simply marked indicating when the piano drops and the accompanist could clap/beat box in this section if desired or if playing with a drummer just let them have the spot light. The song also finishes with only percussive backing, for this final section to give an idea of this I've changed the rhythm to a simple staccato beat on 2 and 4 so that if this was performed with only a pianist and singer there was some appropriate melodic backing that seemed percussive through the use of the staccato. The vocal part is close to the audio however I have omitted most of the vocal runs that happen between sections. These can be included in the performance should the singer decide to. I have only included the opening vocal run passage. In some areas I have simplified the melody, retaining the rough melodic shape but simplifying the rhythm. These can be sung as written or adjusted to the performers taste. I hope you enjoy this arrangement of Nobody Like U for piano, vocal and guitar and I hope it serves as a versatile arrangement for many purposes. I have over 20 years experience in teaching music at a classroom and private tuition level and have taught students from early years to more mature in years. Servant Song Music and Ministry #571431. Published by Servant Song Music and Ministry (A0.965763). I wrote this contemporary hymn as a musical prayer response to the invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In liturgical churches, it functions beautifully as a congregational sung response following the Prayers of the People (or even replacing the Prayers of the People). In evangelical settings, it can be sung as a stand-alone worship hymn right after the sermon, or as part of a set of worship songs at the beginning or conclusion of the service. I am a prolific songwriter, and I've been writing music for 35+ years now. Through all of those years, there have only been a handful of occasions where I have felt more like a conduit of the Holy Spirit than the composer of the hymn; this was definitely one of those times. This is Our Prayer is written in the key of F Major, making it highly accessible for beginning church accompanists. It has a moderate tempo, set in a 3/4 time signature with a lilting rhythm. The vocal range is designed for robust congregational singing. The melody line is just one octave, ranging from Middle C to the C above it; the Alto line is just a six note range, from Middle C to the A above. This score includes the piano accompaniment in a strophic, hymn style format, two-part vocal harmony, and guitar chords (which can also assist pianists who play by chord + melody line, instead of by reading the score). The simplicity of this hymn does not detract from its' beauty, however. This is a highly singable, memorable tune with some interesting rhythmic patterns. The lyrics of this hymn are loosely based on Romans 12:12-21 (As far as it depends upon you, live at peace with all people). The words of the hymn are truly a prayer, asking God for peace, but they also remind us that as people of faith, we are invited to participate WITH God in the process of making peace on earth, by how we pray, live, give, and place our trust in God. One lyric reads that we dare to pray for peace; this is an intentional choice on my part, flagging the potential costliness of becoming people who prioritize peace. The week this hymn was released to Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music Unlimited, Reverbnation, and Deezer, it debuted at #30 on the Top 100 Contemporary Christian Music Charts on Spotify. The YouTube video version of the hymn (link attached below) was viewed over 7,000 times in the first ten days, by people in over 40 countries. You are welcome to stream it for worship services, on church websites, and on social media. The more people view it, the more ad revenue it will generate, and all profits from the sale of this hymn in any form (video ad revenue, digital MP3 sales on the sites listed above, and the sale of this musical score) will be donated to the Red Cross and the United Church of Canada's Mission & Service Fund; both of these registered charities have targeted programs running to assist Ukrainians who've been displaced by the war. Once the Ukrainian war ends, I will continue to send all profits from the hymn to those same charities to help refugees in other conflict zones. May this hymn comfort and discomfort you. My prayer is that it will prompt all of us to live more faithfully as people of peace - in our individual lives, but also in our families, in our communities, our nations, and our world. Notes about the music This digital sheet music includes the melody on a separate stave, a piano accompaniment, and a short intro, making it perfect for piano instrumentalists, singers, and small groups. To make this piece more accessible I have arranged it in the key of G Major which is a third below the recorded version which is in B Major. This makes the higher notes more attainable to sing for a more people and makes it easier to play for most. Who likes playing with 5 sharps?! Structure In this arrangement there is a slight variation from the structure from the Subtract Recording. As mentioned above a short intro is included which is the melody from the end of the chorus. After this the repeats and D.S markings will follow the form as heard on the recording. On the final chorus rather than playing the bass as written and played for the previous occurrences just playing simple sustained root notes of the chord to bring it all back and give the melody some space for the last time through, this would emulate the feeling in the recording. Melody As with all my arrangements, to try an minimise the number of pages needed, the small note heads in brackets indicate where the melody is different when repeated and these notes should be played/sung on the appropriate verse. The melismatic phrase on boat at the end of bar 37 is a simplification of what is sung on the recording and the performer is free to amend as it suits them. Piano The piano follows a simple chordal harmony and rhythm, the most complicated coming on the final page but this is simply the chord broken up in a way to give more momentum to this section. If you would like a version where the melody is in the right hand of the piano I also have an arrangement of this as a piano reduction which combines the melody with the right hand of the piano part here with some modifications for playability. Alternatives. I have different versions of this piece which may suit different performers/instrumentalists more. All my versions are: Voice Piano and Guitar - Melody on its own stave with guitar chords above it and a piano accompaniment underneath; Voice Piano and Guitar - As above but the melody is combined with the right hand of the piano part; Guitar Lead Sheet - Melody with guitar chords; Ukulele Lead Sheet - Melody with Ukulele chords.

When an acquaintance of mine, Gay Tregaskis, sent me a poem she’d written and told me the story behind it, I was honored to be able to put her beautiful and touching words to music. The story is best told in her own words: When I was expecting my first baby, I wanted an antique rocking chair. I found one listed in the newspaper that said, ‘old, but loved.’ I remember going to look at it with my husband in November. It was old and worn… the seat springs were broken, the fabric was faded and torn. I loved it! We bought it for a forgotten amount and my sweet mother-in-law had it repaired and re-upholstered for my Christmas gift. Our little son was born on January 31st. I spent hours and hours just rocking God’s little miracle. On Mother’s Day that year, I woke up and just began writing. There were only one or two lines I shifted. It felt like all the babes and parents who ever sat in the old chair wanted me and mommies-to-be to understand the precious moments spent rocking and bonding. It still brings tears to my eyes. These words are a gift given to me for my children and all who they touch. Our moments to share pass on fleet feet… especially with our children. About this Piano/Vocal/Guitar arrangement of “I Ain’t Worried†This One Republic hit from the sound track of “Top Gun:Maverik†is a catchy tune to learn. This piano, guitar and vocal arrangement will help you learn the song “I Aint Worried.†The key is in F major and included is the lead sheet so this can be given to another instrumentalist or singer to perform along. The distinct features in the song, the bass and the hook I have kept close to the recording on the track. I have done some slight adjustments for the piano accompaniment to break up and differentiate the different sections otherwise it would be very repetitive. It is a very simple song in essence, a four chord riff and rhythmic motif that breaks for the bridge section. The rhythm isn’t the simplest for the bass part that permeates the song however it is repetitive which means once that is learned you have practically mastered the whole song. There is a lot of back and forward in the music to the chorus which jumps to different parts. I have tried to simplify this by using boxed text to identify each section clearly and indicate when you should jump to each section. Using first, second and third time bars with D.S and coda markings cluttered the music up and made it seem more complicated. So I hope this editorial decision to use boxed text makes it clearer.
