Mendelssohn composed these six short piano pieces as Christmas presents for various young members of his family whilst visiting London in 1842. They translate very well to a small ensemble arrangement and can be performed successfully by a competent group without much of a problem.

This pack has over 60 pages of music and contains scores and parts for all six pieces; it represents a large saving on the individual purchase price.
