Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1081199 By Sammy Davis Jr. By Walter Marks. Arranged by David Lee Gingras and John E. Dosher. Broadway,Jazz,Musical/Show. Score. 3 pages. DAVID LEE GINGRAS #685336. Published by DAVID LEE GINGRAS (A0.1081199). I've Gotta Be Me is a popular song that appeared in the Broadway musical Golden Rainbow, which starred Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gormé. It opened in New York City at the Shubert Theatre on February 4, 1968, and closed just under a year later, on January 11, 1969. The music and lyrics for the musical were composed and written by Walter Marks in 1967. Sammy Davis Jr. recorded the song in 1968 while the musical was still running on Broadway, altering the title slightly to I've Gotta Be Me, and released it as a single late in the year. This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements and we incorporated a smooth left-hand bass line to keep the rhythm going - we hope you like what we've done with the song!

Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1414484 By Randy Newman And Lyle Lovett. By Randy Newman. Arranged by Kevin P. Holt. Film/TV. Score. 2 pages. Kevin P. Holtg #996258. Published by Kevin P. Holtg (A0.1414484). Have you ever been to a really nice restaurant and had the pleasure of listening to a pianist playing while you eat? Or a wedding drinks reception while chatting with friends? Ever wished you could play in a similar way? This arrangement might be able to help. If you are around grade 5 – 6, give some of these individually arranged pieces by Kevin P. Holt a try and you could soon be entertaining your own dinner guests. To make it more accessible to lower grade performers, I've trasposed it in to an easier key. All the charm of the original piece is still there and dynamics and expression are left to the performers discretion. Have fun!

Brass Ensemble Horn,Trombone,Trumpet - Digital Download SKU: A0.934839 By Duke Ellington. By Duke Ellington and Irving Mills. Arranged by Ben Mulholland. Jazz. Score and parts. 8 pages. Benjamin D Mulholland #4572509. Published by Benjamin D Mulholland (A0.934839). This trio arrangement of It Don't Mean a Thing, was written for a brass trio to play during a cocktail hour at a wedding. I distilled down several classic 'jazz' or 'cocktail hour' tunes and turned them into serviceable trios for Trumpet, Horn, and Trombone. Each allows each voice to share the melody and harmony duty in a way to not leave too much heavy lifting on any one player This arrangement works as a Brass Quartet (2 trumpets, horn, and trombone) as a chop saver for the trumpet players- each player trading phrases, as needed, leaving room for tutti parts for the big moments and ending. The trumpet part is provided in Bb and C for players preference, and at the suggested tempo the duration of the piece is a few seconds short of 3 minutes long.

Silent Night - Stille Nacht - Douce Nuit (for String Trio)

String Ensemble,String Trio - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.800205 Composed by Franz Xaver Gruber. Arranged by Samantha J Bramley - stringspirational@gmail.com. Children,Christian,Christmas. Score and parts. 7 pages. Samantha Bramley #3881145. Published by Samantha Bramley (A0.800205). The Holiday Season can be really painful for lower string players in any ensemble. Playing ‘cello in a Carol concert makes me want to cry. That is why I have created arrangements of classic Christmas Carols and Songs guaranteed not to bore the pants off your violist or ‘cellist. No more bashing out bass notes for the ‘cello, and no more chugging away on the off-beat for viola while the fiddles get soaring melody after soaring counter-melody. We deserve more than this, right guys? You got it! Silent Night On the bi-centenary of its composition, my arrangement of 'Silent Night’ for string trio gives all the instruments chance to shine with melody, counter melody and harmony by turns. With few technical challenges, this musical interpretation of one of the most iconic Christmas songs is a great play for ensembles of early intermediate standard. Scored for string trio (vln/vla/vc). With optional 2nd violin for viola part. Note from the arranger: All my arrangements for strings are conceived specifically with the aim of writing interesting parts for all players. Most parts do not go beyond 4th position (with the exception of a few harmonics), making them suitable for student and mixed ability groups. A complete score and set of individual parts (violin 1, violin 2, viola, ‘cello) is included. Enjoy and feel free to email comments or requests for other works to stringspirational@gmail.com Keep Calm & Play Strings!

String Orchestra - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.563591 Composed by Austin Ralphson. Blues,Concert,Instructional,Standards. Score and parts. 39 pages. Austin Ralphson #4317691. Published by Austin Ralphson (A0.563591). Children (and adults) who learn a musical instrument will always progress at different rates. Students also develop some of the many skills involved in instrumental playing faster than other skills. The Mixed Abilities School Ensemble Series for Easy String Orchestra has the flexibility to allow pupils of different standards to play together in one ensemble (up to five parts). Each piece has a total of 5 different parts which are fully interchangeable between violins, violas and cellos (double basses can double the cello parts). So whether you have 15 violins and a viola, or 3 violins, or 4 cellos or whatever, the pieces will still work well together. All parts are provided for all instruments.Part 5 uses long notes on open strings. The other parts gradually increase in difficulty up to Part 1, which uses first and second positions. The teacher should select appropriate parts for the players in the group.I GOT THE BLUES is the second piece in this series, and uses typical Blues characteristics such as syncopation and swung quavers. It also includes a section in which any player can improvise; suggested notes to use in the solo are provided along with backing figures. Please listen to the mp3 file, which is an electronic example of the piece being played with 4 violin parts and a cello on Part 5.The purchaser of this product may print as many copies of the parts as required in order for the piece to work successfully with the ensemble. They must not copy, print or distribute the score or parts for others who have not purchased the product independently.Complete string catalogue arr. String Orchestra - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.734620 Composed by Eliot Daniel. Arranged by Dennis Ruello. Contemporary. Score and parts. 10 pages. Chicory Music #6676835. Published by Chicory Music (A0.734620). On October 15, 1951, the very first episode of the I Love Lucy show aired on CBS and became the most watched TV show in the U.S. for four of its seven-year run. Fun trivia about the opening theme song is that during the first season the show opened with their sponsor Philip Morris’ animation of stick figure cartoons of Lucy and Desi climbing down a pack of Philip Morris cigarettes. It was scored with Ferde Grofé’s Jr. The Grand Canyon Suite theme (a composition from 1931).From the second season onwards, the I Love Lucy signature tune we all know so well became the main theme, and one of the most recognizable pieces of music on the planet. It was written by composer Eliot Daniel who cranked it out in an afternoon as a favor to his old Coast Guard buddy Jess Oppenheimer, the show’s producer. Since Daniel still had another year under his exclusive contract to Fox, he asked Oppenheimer to keep his name out of it. Consequently his name does not appear on first or the second season TV credits for what became one of the most popular TV themes. Later, Daniel did seek credit and received royalties from syndicated reruns for the rest of his life. The lyrics were written by Harold Adamson for an episode in the third season in which Lucy believes everyone has forgotten her birthday. So of course Ricky saves the day after a near disaster. This arrangement for String Orchestra plus optional Drum Set part remains faithful to the original.Performance Time Approx. 1 minute 25 seconds

This arrangement for Flute Quartet / Choir remains faithful to the original.Performance Time Approx. 1 minute 25 seconds
