Based on 'La Folia', an anonymous theme. Corelli would be the composer but that's a mistake. He wrote well-known variations on it. I use a few of this variations in Circle III so Corelli must be mentioned. Between the variations the music goes through all the minor keys, the minor circle of fifths.
