Christian Heinrich Hohmann (* March 7 1811 in Niederwerrn , † May 12 1861 in Schwabach ) was a German composer, music educator and writer Violin School.
Hohmann was a son of the farmer and tailor Georg Hohmann and Anna Hörlein. Worked as a teacher at the teacher training college to Altdorf and Schwabach, Hohmann has written several educational works, including a violin school today as "Hohmann-Heim" (ISMN M-700014-11-7) known, but also reissued the original (formerly of Universal Edition Vienna, now in the FIRMAMENT music publishing and music sales mbH, Berlin)
