John the Baptist Polledro ( Piovà , June 10 1781 - Asti , August 15 1853 ) was a violinist and composer Italian .

He was the last great exponent of the violin school of Piedmont 800. At age 15 he studied for a short time under Gaetano Pugnani and soon enters the real bandwidth of Turin. His first public appearance takes place in 1797. In 1801 he moved to Milan in 1804 and then became first violin in the Theatre in Bergamo. But after a short time he began to travel.
