Born and raised in Québec, he left for Vancouver in 1996 where he wrote his first songs while he was working for Jean-Claude Larrivée a guitar maker. This is when his love for strings instruments started that he explored the difference sonority of dobro, mandoline, double bass and acoustic guitar.Self thaught he is written many acoustic guitar song some in alternated tuning.He is now writing acoustic guitar and doubleness songs.
