| Heinrich von Kàan-Albést (1852 - 1926) Rép. tchèque Henry Kaan of Albeşti ( 29 May 1852 , Tarnopol - 7 March 1926 , Roudná ), also referred to a Czech version of the surname Kaan , or as Henry of Kaan , Henri de Kaan or Heinrich von Kaan , the Czech piano virtuoso , composer and teacher . He was a pupil of Josef Proksch and Wilhelm Blodek . In years in 1889 - one thousand nine hundred eighteen taught piano at the Prague Conservatory since 1907 where he served as Director; contributed to the improvement of its artistic quality and material security.
