Les deux nouveaux modèles sont fabriqués du début à la fin dans l'usine JodyJazz à Savannah, GA.L'ER50 Classic VS ER50 Custom Les becs ER50 Classic et ER50 Custom sont une célébration et un aboutissement des réalisations originales du Dr Rousseau en matière de conception de becs de saxophone. Le ER50 Classic est une évolution naturelle du populaire NC4, tandis que le ER50 Custom est destiné aux joueurs qui recherchent plus de résistance et une sensation de contrôle associée à de nombreux becs classiques populaires d'aujourd'hui. La différence fondamentale est que l'ER50 Custom a une courbe d'attaque plus courte produisant une certaine résistance que certains joueurs préfèrent, ce qui leur donne une réponse qui produit un meilleur contrôle de l'articulation, de l'altissimo et du timbre. D'autres joueurs préfèrent la courbe d'attaque classique de l'ER50 Classic, qui donne une sensation de souffle plus libre et plus ouvert.Les deux modèles offrent un timbre chaud, une facilité d'articulation et une réponse améliorée dans les graves.Les nouveaux becs de la série ER50 sont construits à partir du caoutchouc Chedeville, propriété de JodyJazz, qui est un caoutchouc dur plus souple produisant un son plus beau. L'anneau conique en laiton plaqué or sur la tige donne au son plus de chaleur, de beauté et de subtilité. Deux courbes d'orientation distinctes ont été conçues pour obtenir la sensation différente entre l'ER50 Classic et l'ER50 Custom. Les deux modèles mesurent .064/ 1.63mm d'ouverture de pointe. L'alto ER50 Classic et l'alto ER50 Custom sont tous deux livrés dans une belle boîte de présentation spéciale.Le ER50 Classic L'embouchure de saxophone alto ER50 Classic est inspirée de la NC4 de Rousseau et présente une réponse améliorée dans les graves, un contrôle et une beauté de ton.
