| Added by kheidtmann, 22 Jul 2021 This Sarabande from 1704 was transformed by Händel into vocal Arias: "Lascia la spina, cogli la rosa" in his Oratorium "Il trionfo del Tempo und del Disinganno" (1707 and 1737 as "Il trionfo del Tempo und della Verità") and one of his most famous Aria "Lascia ch'io pianga" from Rinaldo HWV 7, Act 2 in 1711.
