![]() | Form-wise, the whole composition strikes me as maybe two distinct movements and then an allegro coda. Sonatina seems right to me in that you not only stay within similar motifs in each section, but also have created what feels like a unified composition. Single movement, three movements, four...? The sonatina and (longer) sonata have undergone many changes since the 18th century. There does not seem to be any clear DEFINITION of either any longer. But, it is no matter what you call it. You have written a very nice piece of music, period. |
