Rafael Valle was born in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1985, where he began his musical career as a rock guitar player and audio engineer. In 2009 he earned his Bachelors Degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction in Orchestral Conducting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
